Thanks to everybody that has come back to the gym, and thank you for doing your part to keep A Sante a safe place to work out. As a reminder, Placer County is still in the “Red Tier” so our guidelines remain in place as per industry guidance. As we move to less restrictive tiers we will adapt the gym accordingly.

We will continue to monitor gym capacity and if needed make changes to the schedule. Please be patient as we continue to adapt to the protocols. We want the gym to stay open so our members can have a safe and consistent place to workout.

AS A REMINDER, the list below covers guidelines we all need to make in order to keep the gym open. Please note that these guidelines are subject to change as needed if we feel they will further enhance the safety of our members.

We thank you for your patience and welcome your feedback as we continue to adapt the gym to this time. It’s been over one year since we have been able to consistently exercise indoors at a gym. For the long-term wellness of our community, we are so grateful to be open again. Not only is indoor fitness proven to be safe, but exercise can also improve all aspects of physical and mental health. Gyms offer more than a safe place to exercise– they are a place to heal. Fitness is essential and we are glad you’re back!
