As we head into a new week at A Sante’ Lakeside Fitness, we’re here to share a few updates to our group fitness schedule. Our instructor Amy will be out for the next couple of weeks due to cataract surgery, and we’re sending her our best wishes for a smooth recovery. In the meantime, we’re excited to have some of our fantastic instructors filling in to keep your fitness journey going strong!

This Week’s Schedule Changes

Here’s a look at the updated schedule with our talented substitute instructors:

  • Wednesday, October 30th & November 6th at 9:15 AM – Katy will be filling in for Amy’s Butts & Guts class.
  • Monday, November 4th & 11th at 9:30 AM – Vic will lead Amy’s Butts & Guts class, so her usual Noon Cardio Step & Weights class will be canceled on these dates.

We know that routine is important, so thank you for your flexibility during these changes. This is also a great chance to explore different classes and connect with our diverse group of instructors. Plus, it’s the perfect time to stay active as winter sports season approaches!
