We’ve made some exciting changes to our group fitness schedule, adding new classes that we’re sure you’ll love. Here’s a look at what’s on offer:
Sunday
- 9:00 AM – 10:15 AM: Yoga for Tight People with Tammy (starts 9/8)
Ease into poses designed to increase flexibility and release tension, perfect for those who feel stiff or tense.
Monday
- 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM: Butts & Guts with Dr. Amy (starts 9/2)
Strengthen, tone, and enhance flexibility with this low-impact class targeting your legs and abs.
Tuesday
- 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM: Spin with Heidi
Challenge your cardiovascular system and build endurance in this exhilarating group cycling class. - 9:15 AM – 10:15 AM: Sculpt and Tone with Katy (starts 9/3)
Get a full-body workout using free weights, resistance bands, ballet bars, and floor mats.

- 7:45 AM – 9:00 AM: Meditative Vinyasa Yoga with Tammy (starts 9/4)
