If you haven’t tried it yet, Katy Kula has a NEW CLASS on Monday and Wednesday mornings! SCULPT AND TONE is a high-energy, low-impact class working with free weights, resistance bands, ballet bars, and floor mats for a full-body workout. Come check it out along with our other group fitness classes.
