A Class for Every Fitness Goal

  • Yoga for Tight People with Tammy (Sunday, 9:00 – 10:15 AM)
    Feeling stiff? This class gently introduces yoga to those looking to improve flexibility and relieve muscle tension.
  • Spin with Mark, Heidi, & Tom (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 7:30 – 8:30 AM)
    A heart-pumping cycling class that strengthens your legs, builds endurance, and burns calories. Every class is unique!
  • Pilates with Dr. Amy (Monday, 9:30 – 10:30 AM, starting March 31st)
    A full-body workout that improves flexibility, mobility, and balance while sculpting and toning your muscles.
  • Cardio Step & Weights with Vic (Monday & Thursday, Noon – 1:00 PM | Saturday, 11:00 AM – Noon)
    A high-energy blend of step aerobics and strength training to boost endurance and build muscle. Great for all levels!
  • Sculpt and Tone with Katy (Tuesday, 9:00 – 10:00 AM | Wednesday & Friday, 9:15 – 10:15 AM)
    A full-body, low-impact workout using weights, resistance bands, and the ballet bar for a fun, muscle-toning experience.
  • Meditative Vinyasa Yoga with Tammy (Wednesday, 7:45 – 9:00 AM)
    Flow with intention in this mindfulness-focused vinyasa practice that nurtures both body and mind.
  • Gentle Yoga with Tracy (Thursday, 9:15 – 10:30 AM)
    Reduce stress, improve flexibility, and bring awareness to your breath with this relaxing yoga session.
