Cardio Step Strength with Vic—This high-energy class combines classic step aerobics with strength training for a full-body workout. Gentle Yoga with Tracy will revitalize your body, relax your mind, and reduce stress by bringing awareness to the breath and gentle alignment to the body.
Meditative Vinyasa Yoga with Tammy
Flow with intention in “Meditative Vinyasa Yoga”. This class combines the dynamic movement of vinyasa with mindfulness and meditation, creating a balanced practice that nurtures both body and mind. Perfect for those seeking a deeper connection to their yoga practice, this session will leave you feeling centered, calm, and rejuvenated.
Pilates with Dr. Amy Pilates workouts usually make your body leaner, toned, and will give you a more natural posture. This is because Pilates focuses on full body functionality, using light weights, the wall, and the barre, which will improve your flexibility, mobility, and balance.
Sculpt and Tone with Katy is a high-energy, low-impact class that uses free weights, resistance bands, ballet bars, and floor mats to provide a full-body workout.
Spin with Heidi, Mark & Tom All fitness levels will benefit from this group cycling class that exhilarates and challenges your cardiovascular system. Every class is unique and sure to strengthen your legs, burn calories, and build endurance.
Classes will be limited in size and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Yoga for Tight People with Tammy
Feeling stiff or tense? This class is perfect for you! Join Tammy for “Yoga for Tight People,” where you’ll gently ease into poses designed to increase flexibility and release muscle tension. Whether you’re new to yoga or just looking to stretch out those tight spots, this class provides a supportive environment to help you move more freely and feel more relaxed.
