JUNE/JULY GROUP FITNESS UPDATES!
- Monday morning Yoga at 9:15 with Kellee will now be a GENTLE YOGA class.
- Tuesday morning GENTLE YOGA at 7:45 will now be taught by Tammy Graham.
- Vicki will be teaching Saturday’s at 7:45. Join her for an awesome CARDIO, STRENGTH & POWER CLASS.
- Greg will be teaching Yoga on Saturday mornings at 9:30.
- Sunday morning Yoga is cancelled for the summer.
- Come join Vicki for some good old fashioned STEP at 4:00 on Monday’s.
- Tuesday and Thursday night SPIN classes are cancelled until the fall.
- Morning SPIN classes are still going strong. Come join in on Monday, Wednesday and Friday’s at 7:00 a.m.
