Next fitness challenge begins March 1, 2016 – The 30 Day / 30 Minute Cardio Challenge!

The goal of this challenge is to assist you in establishing a healthy habit, and to get in at least 30 minutes of exercise per day for 30 days. Feel free to add on to this daily challenge if you want. This is YOUR challenge to complete. 🙂

With cardio it is important to work at your own level and select a type of cardio you enjoy. Options include: running, walking, swimming, jump rope, HIIT workouts, cycling, skiing and more. Select whichever is best for you, and switch it up if you want. We will be posting an optional daily workout on our Facebook Group Page (and occasional bonus challenges) if you need some inspiration for your cardio challenge.  See the calendar below for the workout we will be posting.

This challenge gives the best results if you stick to it and complete all 30 days ! If you are following please like or share your progress with this group. We can help motivate one another!

Remember, this Challenge is YOUR challenge, suggestions made in this group are just suggestions but always listen to your body first! You have so much wisdom!
