Important Schedule Update:

As we transition into the end of summer, we’d like to inform you of a change to our Group Fitness Schedule. Katy’s Monday morning SCULPT AND TONE class (9:15 – 10:15 AM) will now be moved to Friday mornings at the same time. We hope this adjustment better suits your schedules!

Current Group Fitness Schedule:

TUESDAY: 7:30 – 8:30 AM SPIN with Heidi

WEDNESDAY: 9:15 – 10:15 AM SCULPT AND TONE with Katy

THURSDAY: 7:30 – 8:30 AM SPIN with Mark

9:15 – 10:30 AM GENTLE YOGA with Tracy

FRIDAY: 7:30 – 8:30 AM SPIN with Tom

9:15 – 10:15 AM SCULPT AND TONE with Katy

Please note: All group fitness classes are on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to arrive early to secure your spot!

Class Highlights:

Sculpt and Tone with Katy

This high-energy, low-impact class focuses on a full-body workout using free weights, resistance bands, ballet bars, and floor mats. It’s perfect for anyone looking to build strength and tone up.

Yoga with Tracy

Relax your mind and revitalize your body with Tracy’s gentle yoga class. This session will help reduce stress, enhance flexibility, and bring awareness to your breath and body alignment.

Spin with Heidi, Mark & Tom

Our spin classes cater to all fitness levels, offering a dynamic cardiovascular workout that strengthens your legs, burns calories, and builds endurance. Each session is unique and guaranteed to challenge you.

Exciting News – New Class Coming Soon!

We’re thrilled to announce a brand-new group fitness class, Butts and Guts with Dr. Amy Rosen, coming soon! This low-impact class will focus on toning your legs, abs, and improving flexibility. Stay tuned for more details later this month as we prepare to welcome Dr. Amy back to our fitness family.
